BaseCamp44 is a hands-on AI workshop registration site, built and operated by Ehud Weinrab.
When you register through the chat, we collect the details you provide: full name, email, job title, company, phone number, and the challenge you describe. We also record the registration date and the workshop you registered for.
Your information is used only to review your registration, contact you about the workshop (approval, logistics, updates on future sessions if you joined the waitlist), and plan the session. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Registration data is accessible only to the workshop administrators. It is stored on the Base44 platform, which hosts this application.
We keep registration details for up to 12 months after the workshop you registered for, so we can invite you to future sessions. After that, the data is deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time before then.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw your consent to being contacted. To do so, reply to any workshop email or contact the organizer, and we will handle your request within 30 days.
Access to participant data is restricted to administrators. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
